Projects with new services, added pages, add-ons, or larger content changes are typically completed within up to 7 business days, depending on how quickly feedback and materials are supplied.
A Signature Preview is a focused first look at the direction, visual system, and feeling of your future build — created before any final commitment. It shows you exactly what the experience will look and feel like. The preview cost is applied toward the project if you move forward.
No. Many businesses come to Forelum with an existing website. Many do not. Whether you are starting from scratch, relying on social media alone, or operating with an older site that no longer represents the business well — Forelum can work with all three situations.
For Signature clients, Forelum limits the same visual system to one business per industry category per geographic market. Once a plumber in Las Vegas has a Signature build, the next plumber in Las Vegas cannot get the same system. This protects the visual uniqueness and competitive advantage for each client.
Defect support covers bugs, layout breaks, form issues, and technical problems that appear after launch — for 14 days (Business) or 30 days (Signature). It does not cover new feature requests, content additions, or scope changes made after delivery.
No. Monthly presence support is optional. Some clients prefer to launch and manage updates themselves. The care plans are for businesses that want an active partner keeping the site current, relevant, and competitive on an ongoing basis.
